Bio

Neil Hare is President of Global Vision Communications, LLC, specializing in strategic communications for trade associations, coalitions and corporations. Global Vision has a specific expertise in the interactive space, developing cutting edge websites and generating online grassroots support for issue advocacy campaigns.

Hare also founded www.isupportthismessage.com, a video sharing website for politicians, interest groups, and the public to test, broadcast and garner support for their political messages. And, its private label application www.Isupport.tv.

Previously, Hare served as vice president of Corporate Communications at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where he managed public policy awareness campaigns aimed at the Chamber’s 3 million members on issues such as tax and regulatory reform, market driven health care, free trade, and expanded transportation and infrastructure.

Before joining the Chamber, Hare was the content director of USLaw.com, a website offering legal information and services to consumers and small businesses. Hare, an attorney, also worked in a Washington, D.C., law firm, specializing in international law and litigation, and as a legal editor for the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), covering America’s securities markets.

Hare received a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and a B.A. in international relations from Tufts University. Hare is on the Board of D.C. Scores, a non-profit offering after school soccer and literacy programs for elementary school children in the District.
